We are committed to economical deployment of natural resources, such as silicon, water and energy, and appropriate recycling. |

When making decisions relating to investments and the introduction of new processes or products, ecological and commercial criteria, as well as the health of our employees play an equal part. When introducing environmentally friendly technology the very best engineering available is used, in line with commercially justifiable criteria. This information is available to our employees as well as to customers, partners in business and research, suppliers, government authorities and individuals in the region who are affected. We actively encourage our employees to think and act with environmental protection, health and safety as a top priority and we ensure that they receive the necessary training and career training. Environmental protection, health and safety are an inherent part of the apprentice training programme, and implementation of improvement suggestions is widely encouraged. |
